Welcome to Boujie Budz. By accessing or using our website (boujiebudz.com) for the purchase of merchandise, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the site and all transactions related to our products, including orders, returns, and refunds.

1. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from or use this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

2. Hemp Products & Compliance

All products contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC and comply with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill and Texas hemp regulations. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on each product page. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws in your state or jurisdiction regarding hemp flower. 

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. 

4. Shipping

We ship only to addresses within the United States where hemp flower is legal. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Boujie Budz is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier after proof of delivery. 

5. No Medical Claims

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

7. Intellectual Property

The Boujie Budz name, logo, crown crest, and all content on this Site are owned by us and protected by trademark and copyright law. 

8. User Submissions & Content

Any reviews, testimonials, suggestions, or other content submitted by users:

  • May be used by Boujie Budz for marketing or promotional purposes

  • Must not violate the rights of third parties, including copyright or trademarks

  • Must not contain false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content

We reserve the right to remove or edit any user-submitted content at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boujie Budz shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Losses or injuries arising from the use or inability to use our merchandise or website

  • Errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, or promotions
